HEALTH AND WELLNESS DAY — PROVISION PHILS
The "Health and Wellness Day," organized by the Magdalena Graaf Free Medical Clinic, in collaboration with a delegation from Sweden, offered free medical check-ups, medication, and informative lectures to the residents of Barangay Bangkal in Lapu-Lapu City. The event was held at Pro.Vision Philippines on April 4, 2023, from 8 AM to 11:30 AM.
One of the key highlights of the event was a talk given by Doc Romy Paredes, who enlightened the audience on the root causes of common illnesses and offered practical tips on how to take responsibility for their health in a holistic and sustainable manner. Bernie, one of WWC’s employees and a certified 24-calamansi in the morning drinker for nine years, also gave insights on the health benefits of drinking calamansi every morning.
